About Advocates for Literacy: Advocates for Literacy is a coalition of national education organizations committed to improving the reading and writing skills of our nation’s youth from birth through grade 12 to ensure that all students leave high school college- and career-ready. The coalition works at the federal policy level, advocating for the Literacy Education for All, Results for the Nation (LEARN) Act and increased funding for the Striving Readers Comprehensive Literacy Program
About NCTET: The National Coalition for Technology in Education and Training is a nonpartisan organization that examines and supports the use of technology to improve education and training in America. Membership includes education associations, nonprofit organizations, corporations, and individual participants. NCTET organizes policy briefings, conducts institutes, produces white papers and other research documents, and maintains a listserv on timely issues in education technology.
