Community Builder Award
NCTET SEEKS NOMINATIONS FOR 'NCTET COMMUNITY BUILDER AWARD'
The National Coalition for Technology in Education and Training (NCTET) is seeking nominations for its NCTET Community Builder Award. All nominations are due by COB on September 3, 2008. The awards will be presented during the NCTET Inaugural Gala on January 20, 2009.
Throughout its history as a national leadership coalition, NCTET has demonstrated the importance and effectiveness of collaboration among education technology stakeholders. To encourage that spirit of collaboration, the NCTET Board of Directors in 2001 established The NCTET Community Builder Award.
This award recognizes exemplary effort in advancing the cause of education technology nationally through collaboration that strengthens the education technology community. Nominees may be individuals from any sector of the education technology community, including businesses, associations, educational institutions, federal, state, or local education agencies, and federal, state or local government. This award may be given to more than one individual meeting these qualifications.
For a list of past recipients, see below.
Email the completed nomination form no later than September 3, 2008 to: adorman@nctet.org.
NCTET is a non-partisan, non-profit organization promoting and supporting the effective use of technology to improve education and training.
